  Columbia River Gorge

Mosier Twin Tunnels

The tunnel restoration project was completed in 2000 and restored a portion of the Historic Columbia River Highway and the unique tunnels built in 1921 to get through a high rock point. One can start at either the Hood River (west) or Mosier (east) end but the tunnels are nearest the eastern side. The trail is completely paved and offers incredible views of the Columbia River Gorge.
